Matt is Chairman, President and CEO of Intradiem. Matt co-founded Intradiem with a vision of helping companies increase the level of customer service they deliver using automation technology. Today, Intradiem is the leader in real-time intraday automation with more than 300,000 contact center agents around the world using Intradiem every day.
Bill is the Chief Financial Officer for Intradiem. With over 20 years of Operations and Financial Management leadership experience at Citi, Bill oversaw budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis and cost management for a $7 billion operating budget that spanned 90,000 employees and 40 countries. He led a workforce management team that included eight direct reports and over 500 employees. Bill graduated in 1997 from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business with his Master of Business Administration and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Randolph-Macon College.
Eric brings 30 years of financial management experience to Intradiem. He has served in executive finance and operations positions for public and private companies, including startups and public companies. He has led early and growth stage companies through capital formation and restructurings, financial turnarounds, mergers and acquisitions, private exit transactions, and IPOs. He has worked with clients in the financial technologies (fin-tech), digital media, green tech, and healthcare technologies sectors. Prior to joining Intradiem, Eric was a partner with TechCXO, where he delivered executive-level financial management services to early growth stage technology companies through an outsourced on-demand service model. Previously he served as CFO for TSYS Loyalty as well as Alignis. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado and his CPA license from the State of Colorado.
Marie is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Intradiem. She brings more than 20 years of experience in customer operations, professional services, support and release management. Prior to joining the company, Marie held executive Customer Operations positions at Brightree, Emergency Visions and Procuri. She received her Master of Science in Management from Purdue University and holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston College.
In his role of Chief Technology Officer, Kevin is responsible for product deployment, ongoing customer support and adoption of Intradiem's solution. He leads the following groups: success managers, project managers, integration managers and technical support team. Prior to joining Intradiem, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Teltronics, a communications company providing mission critical switching and ACD systems. Kevin brings over 20 years of call center technologies and telecom experience to Intradiem. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Coventry University in England.
Kyle brings over 20 years of marketing, sales and operations experience to Intradiem. Before Intradiem, Kyle was Chief Operating Officer at TALENThire. Prior to TALENThire, Kyle served as Vice-President International for Marketworks where he played a leadership role in the company's growth and acquisition. Kyle graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Ted is director of HR and organizational development for Intradiem. In this role, Ted is responsible for developing and driving the company's systems and processes as it relates to the Intradiem team. Ted brings more than 15 years of call center industry experience. Ted holds a Doctorate in Education/Adult Education from Florida State University.

Matt is the author of the book Customer Service at a Crossroads and holds 11 software patents. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
Mark Koulogeorge is Managing General Partner of MK Capital a $250 million venture capital firm which invests primarily in software and digital media. Mr. Koulogeorge leads the firm’s digital marketing technology and software investment practices and has over eighteen years of venture capital experience. Mark’s functional expertise is in developing sales, marketing and distribution strategies to achieve market leadership and in the building of high performance executive teams.
Mark has served on the boards of directors of over 20 technology companies which have generated over $400 million of realized gains for his investors. He has been the lead or first institutional investor in a number of significant technology companies including: Tradex Technologies, ( sold to Ariba for $1.8 billion), Aprimo ( sold to Teradata for $540 million), Initiate Systems ( sold to IBM for $424 million) and The Cobalt Group ( sold to ADP for $400 million).
Prior to founding MK Capital, Mark was a managing director at First Analysis and served as a general partner of The Productivity Fund III & The Productivity Fund IV. Prior to starting his career in venture capital, Mr. Koulogeorge was an Executive Officer of Eagle Industries, a $1.5 billion diversified manufacturer, controlled by Chicago entrepreneur Sam Zell and earlier a consultant with Booz Allen.
He earned a Bechlor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College and an Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
Brian Hersman is a General Partner at JMI Equity. He joined them in 2008 and is based in San Diego. He is currently a director of Dean Evans & Associates and Innovative Interfaces.
Prior to joining JMI, Brian was a senior associate at Vista Equity Partners, where he executed enterprise software transactions and assisted portfolio companies with growth initiatives, strategy, acquisitions and operational improvement. He also worked with software and services companies as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company.
Bert provides strategic operational counsel to JMI portfolio companies. He joined JMI in 2011 from PROS Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PRO), a JMI portfolio company, where he served as president, CEO and chairman. He also served as president of American Business Information Inc., senior vice president at ADP, Inc. and group president at IRIC. Bert began his career at IBM as a systems engineer and software developer.
