Matt McConnell, President and CEO
Matt is chairman, president and CEO of Intradiem. Matt co-founded Intradiem in 1995 with a vision of helping companies increase the level of customer service they deliver by improving the performance of their agents. Today, Intradiem is a leader in its market with more than 450,000 call center agents around the world using Intradiem every day. Matt is the author of the book Customer Service at a Crossroads and holds 11 software patents. He graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in industrial and systems engineering. |
Mike Nelson, Chief Financial Officer
Mike serves as Intradiem’s CFO. He brings 25 years of financial management experience and strategic business planning and has a strong background working with technology companies. He began his career with PriceWaterCoopers LLP after graduation and quickly rose up the ranks at a number of high-growth SaaS organizations. He has previously served as CFO at Click Commerce and Aprimo. Mike graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor's degree in accounting and holds a master's degree from the University of Chicago. |
John Wolf, Chief Marketing Officer
John is Intradiem's chief marketing officer. Before joining Intradiem to lead marketing and product management, John was assistant vice president of product management at Equifax Personal Solutions, where he was responsible for managing a $53 million online product line. Prior to Equifax, John founded MyoMarkets, where he created an online marketing and e-commerce solution that developed integrated marketing plans across online marketplaces and retail channels. John graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and holds a master’s degree from Emory University. |
Scott Richter, Chief Technology Officer
In his role as chief technology officer, Scott is responsible for Intradiem's product strategy, direction and development efforts in an on-demand environment and aligning them with company objectives while ensuring Intradiem continues to deliver excellence in the constantly changing climate of the call center. Scott brings more than 18 years of software development experience in the call center industry to Intradiem. Prior to joining Intradiem, Scott worked nine years in the interactive voice response (IVR) industry for Computer Communications Specialists, Inc. Scott has a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Kevin brings more than 20 years of sales and management experience in SaaS technology and telecommunications industries to Intradiem and is senior VP of sales. Prior to joining Intradiem, Kevin was vice president of sales for FTRANS, a leading provider of financial technology to financial institutions and their enterprise clients. Kevin led the sales efforts that earned FTRANS a ranking among the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies in 2009. Kevin previously held several executive sales leadership roles with Birch Telecom and MCI/Verizon. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
In his role of Senior VP of Customer Operations, Kevin is responsible for product deployment, ongoing customer support and adoption of Intradiem's solution. He leads the following groups: success managers, project managers, integration managers and technical support team. Prior to joining Intradiem, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Teltronics, a communications company providing mission critical switching and ACD systems. Kevin brings over 20 years of call center technologies and telecom experience to Intradiem. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Coventry University in England.
Ted is director of HR and organizational development for Intradiem. In this role, Ted is responsible for developing and driving the company's systems and processes as it relates to the Intradiem team. Ted brings more than 15 years of call center industry experience. Ted holds a doctorate in education/adult education from Florida State University.
